Adam Mathis joined GranBio as Chief Financial Officer North America in 2025, bringing extensive experience in leading finance, accounting, and operational functions for high-growth companies in the bioproducts, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors.

Mathis leads GranBio’s financing and capital-raising efforts, focusing on strategy refinement and managing relationships with global banks, investors, and other stakeholders to support the company’s scale-up projects.

Prior to this, Mathis served as CFO at American Process Inc., where he oversaw financial strategies and helped navigate the complex financial landscapes of renewable energy and biomass projects. Earlier in his career, Mathis was Director of Finance at Alaven Pharmaceutical LLC, where his expertise was instrumental in Alaven’s successful acquisition by Meda AB.

Mathis holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from Auburn University.
