Nathalia Fukuchi joined GranBio as Legal, Compliance, and HR Director in 2025, bringing over 15 years of expertise across the energy, oil and gas, and technology sectors.

In her role, she oversees the integration of legal strategy, corporate governance, and human resources to ensure regulatory compliance and operational integrity. Fukuchi also serves as Legal, Compliance, and HR Director at GranEnergia since 2022.

Previously, as Head of Legal and Compliance at Locomex, she successfully implemented comprehensive compliance programs and strengthened corporate governance frameworks. Earlier in her career, Fukuchi held senior legal positions at Junto Seguros and Enel, where she led cross-border contract negotiations and provided critical due diligence for high-stakes M&A projects.

Fukuchi holds a Bachelor of Laws (JD equivalent) from University Candido Mendes, Brazil, and an MBA in Oil and Gas from the University Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
