Luiz Oliveira currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at GranBio. His career spans 40 years in Fortune 300 companies with a proven track record in leading P&L operations and global functions across diverse international markets.

During his career, he successfully managed multibillion-dollar businesses in the U.S. and South America and spearheaded the global operations integration of a $34 billion merger, contributing to a market capitalization exceeding $200 billion.

Oliveira holds a BS in Mechanical Engineer and an Executive MBA, both from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Gradin founded GranBio in 2011 and serves as Chairman. He brings decades of leadership across engineering, petrochemicals, and industrial development. Gradin serves on the Board of GranInvestimentos Group and is a member of the superior council for innovation and competitiveness at FIESP.
