Guilherme Refinetti serves as Corporate Chief Financial Officer at GranBio Investimentos since 2020, where he leads the company’s global financial strategy, tax planning, corporate governance, and M&A initiatives. He brings nearly two decades of experience in the petrochemical and renewable energy sectors, overseeing critical functions including risk management, strategic planning, and investment strategy. Refinetti also serves as Gradin Group’s CFO.

Prior to his appointment at GranBio, Refinetti held several leadership roles within the Gradin Group. He played a pivotal role in the company’s capital-raising efforts, managing relationships with public and private financial institutions such as BNDES and FINEP, and leading high-stakes M&A transactions and IPO readiness initiatives. Earlier in his tenure, he was instrumental in the financial structuring of GranEnergia and GranBio.

Refinetti began his career at Suzano Petroquímica before transitioning to Braskem S.A., where he focused on M&A coordination, R&D investment evaluation, and expansion projects. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV/SP), Brazil, where he also completed a specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as a postgraduate degree in Finance from INSPER/SP, Brazil.
